Rent guarantee and legal expenses protection*

As part of our Deluxe and Standard management service, we’re pleased to offer you as landlord an ‘’interest in’’ our Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses cover which is designed to protect your rental income and give you complete peace of mind from the outset of your tenancy.

What this means for you:

With the latest updates effective from 1st May 2026 you will benefit from enhanced protection, including:

  • Up to 24 months’ rent cover (or £100,000, whichever is reached first, or until vacant possession is obtained)
  • Legal expenses covered up to £100,000, including court proceedings and eviction enforcement
  • Full management of the eviction process, handled by legal professionals from start to finish chargeable for Standard Management and included within Deluxe Management
  • Cover for rent disputes, including situations where a tenant challenges a Section 13 rent increase and the tribunal rules in your favour
  • Continued support after possession, helping protect your income while the property is being re-let
