Ensure property adheres to current legislation
Robust tenant referencing
Collect and remit the first month’s rent and deposit
Deduct pre-tenancy invoices
Tenancy forwarded for signature
Set up utility accounts
Forward inventory for tenant signature
Provide tenant with landlord bank details for standing order
Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 if applicable
 

Our standard fee is £900 inc VAT taken as a one-off fee from the first month’s rent and no annual fees are charged For example.

Protecting of deposit and forward prescribed information for signature
Forward inventory for tenant signature

Undertake periodic inspection visits
Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
Include rental protection and legal cover
Deal with rental protection claims and evictions
Deal with any deposit deductions
Out of office hours emergency issues
Renewal of statutory obligations
 

Our standard fee is 12% inc VAT spread over 12 monthly payments. For example 12% inc VAT of £1,000 pcm rent equals £120 inc VAT per month. The landlord would net £880.00 pcm. Guaranteed rent available
